The Mendocino Environmental Center is preparing a lawsuit to stop Developers Diversified Realty's petition for a regional mall from being certified as a ballot measure. If you have witnessed possible improper behavior by signature gatherers, such as giving misleading information, please contact the Center so that a statement can be taken in support of the lawsuit.
