I thought I'd check into the availability of parabolic reflectors for solar stuff, since I just came across this really cute article about how to make a parabolic mic out of an umbrella hat and a paint roller.
So, what I found was the largest solar reflector on Earth. It's not American (of course), but it might be funded with American dollars. It's actually pitifully small, if you consider it (this looks to be about fifty to sixty feet across in my guesstimate):
