Poplowski may be a nutcase, but he's right about the Zionist influence in our government.
Upon investigation, however, I can say that (unless they are all lying) that all the Jews I know 'round here (so far) are not 'Zionists' (in fact, it's rather hard-pressed to call them Jewish, since, so far, nobody has had a clue about the Purim jester thing). They might be even less interested in their former faith than lapsed Catholics.
This is a very thin fence upon which to sit, yano?
It's bad enough that the Zionists are a bunch of baby-killers who burn people alive for fun (and might well have killed some of their own as a psy-op).
But as long as there's a confusion between a genotype, a faith, and a political movement to ethnically cleanse the 'Holy Land', we are going to have these issues.
So, please, keep calling them Zionists, as our friends at Neturei Karta remind us of.

Pittsburgh killer believes Jews control government
WASHINGTON (JTA) -- The man charged with shooting and killing three Pittsburgh police officers on Saturday believed that the federal government, media and banking system were controlled by Jews.
An Anti-Defamation League investigation revealed that Richard Poplowski frequently posted messages on the extremist Web site Stormfront that exhibited hatred toward Jews, racial minorities, the government and the police.
In a message last month, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported Tuesday, Poplowski wrote that the "the federal government, mainstream media, and banking system in these United States are strongly under the influence of -- if not completely controlled by -- Zionist interest. An economic collapse of the financial system is inevitable, bringing with it some degree of civil unrest if not outright balkanization of the continental US, civil/revolutionary/racial war . . . This collapse is likely engineered by the elite Jewish powers that be in order to make for a power and asset grab."
Poplawski, according to the ADL report, hoped that the "evil Zionists" and "greedy traitorous goyim" might have lost control and created "an unstoppable tidal wave of global backlash" that would "breathe much needed life into our movement." However, he feared that instead there might be a "slow, drawn out national demise" that would "allow the masses to remain asleep while the power at the top is consolidated."
Posting on another right-wing site, called Infowars, just a few days before the shooting, Poplawski said he was frustrated that not enough attention was being focused on the evil of Jews, according to the ADL report. "For being such huge players in the endgame," he wrote on March 29, "too many 'infowarriors' are surprisingly unfamiliar with the Zionists."
The ADL also noted that Poplawski's posts from November 2008 through last month on Stormfront indicated an increased desire for confrontation, urging fellow white supremacists to achieve "ultimate victory for our people" by "taking back our nation."
