Ok, I'm used to the guys in the black hats, and even the guys in the furry hats, and I wasn't even surprised to see a guy in a fez (though I have to admit that the more arab looking headdress was a bit surprising).

But *what* is the deal with the guy in the harlequin suit?

Is this some kind of Purim thing?  Like the Easter Bunny or something?
