As I understand it, Joshua MacJoseph (Yeshua bar Yosuf: Jesus, the Son of Joseph), if he were here, would be 2001 today.
You see, the Ethiopian branch of the Xian church was founded almost immediately, and since they were Jewish, they used the same calendar system, so any dates would be common.
