Chief Justice John Roberts couldn't quite get the oath of office administered correctly.
It was like listening to the Abbott and Costello skit, Who's on First.
Obama took it again, since it was fudged in the public presentation.
Of course, he's the first Chief Justice in history to administer the oath to a President who'd voted against his confirmation in the Senate.
Obama was actually getting it right, when Roberts sent him off track. The actual text is:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of president of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Roberts left out the word 'faithfully' and then inserted it at the end.
