I've been thinking of this, as I've been stretching like a ballet, or a yogi (not Bear, nor Berra), and though I need to restore my strength, I need more to restore my recovery.
I watch the dogs constantly working out, doing aerobics in the yard next door.
I watch the cats in my yard stretch.
The dogs catch balls.
The cats catch critters.
'Nuff said?
The strength isn't as important as the stretch. The grasp has to overextend the reach (of course, retractable claws help greatly in that respect). I think I'm limited there (non-retractable fingernails).
